Glowbloom is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 ("minors") may use a restricted, age-appropriate mode and only with verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Every account requires a verified email; a mobile number is optional and verified if provided. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Glowbloom for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to cheat, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service, or infringe others' rights.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us. Withdrawing certain consents may limit some features.
We use third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and analytics providers, which may collect device and usage identifiers to serve and measure ads and analytics. For adult users, ads may be personalised where you have consented. For minors, advertising is non-personalised and we do not profile, track for advertising, or serve interest-based ads, consistent with the DPDP Act. We may share data with service providers, advertising and analytics partners, and as required by law, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data. You can delete your account and associated personal data from in-app settings or by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
For users under 18, we collect the minimum data needed, require verifiable parental/guardian consent, and do not use their data for behavioural advertising, tracking, or profiling.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, which may be processed and stored on cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Glowbloom and all related content, artwork, audio, names and software are owned by TreeAnts and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeAnts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold TreeAnts harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms and will revise the version number; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the location of TreeAnts' registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
